TEMP-TO-HIRE STAFFING
Temp-to-hire staffing can be a very economical way to fill your support, administrative and hourly (non-exempt) positions. Essentially, new hires are WMA employees that report to your worksite for an agreed upon duration (usually 90 days). This allows you to hire employees on a trial basis without adding them to your roster.
You may find this arrangement quite beneficial due to the following:

WMA assumes all expenses related to employing exempt and non-exempt workers.

You are not responsible for employment taxes or Worker's Comp Insurance.

You are simply billed for the employees completed hours plus the agreed upon staffing markup (WMA rates are very competitive).

Once the contracted amount of hours have been billed, you have the option to continue the staffing agreement or add the worker to your payroll at no additional cost.
OUR GUARANTEE
Any WMA employee may be released at ANY time for any reason and we will replace them in most cases within 24 hours.
TEMPORARY STAFFING
Much like Temp-to-Hire Staffing, when you add Temporary employees through WMA, we assume the responsibilities associated with recruiting, screening, testing and hiring qualified workers. We also save you the expense of payroll administration, withholding taxes, unemployment and expensive worker's compensation insurance.
This may be a great arrangement for your organization if:

Your business tends to be seasonal and you need the flexibility to quickly grow or reduce your staff accordingly.

You find that you need skilled help with a particular project but do not see keeping the required staff beyond completion of the project.

You simply do not want to deal with the administration, tax and insurance issues required for having employees on your books and find it simpler to "rent" them indefinitely.
