WMA has successfully placed many professionals in high paying positions while reducing our client’s “cost to hire”.  We typically charge 20% of the new employees first year of compensation while the industry standard is 25%-30%.  Also, there is no payment due until the agreed upon guarantee period is completed (typically 90 days).

Temp-to-hire

Temp-to-Hire Staffing

Hourly non-exempt workers are a great way to fill your support, administrative and clerical positions.  However, they come with a number of insurance and administrative obligations that can make employing them quite costly.  WMA temp-to-hire employees are a lower cost option for companies that want to “make sure” their new hire is a good cultural and productive fit to their organization before committing them to their permanent roster.

 

WMA is responsible for all employment taxes, worker’s compensation insurance and the associated administrative costs for each temp-to-hire employee.  Your company only pays the employees salary plus our markup which is billed on a monthly basis.  Our rates on the markup are very competitive and we are typically well below the industry standard.  We are able to pass this savings onto our clients because our employees have an excellent retention rate on average.  Low turn-over is a money savings for WMA….  and for you as well.

Our Guarantee

 

Any WMA employee may be released at ANY time for any reason and we will replace them in most cases within 24 hours.  This will not reset the timer for the contracted billable hours agreed upon for the position.  The new hire’s contracted hours will be added to the current total held by the dismissed employee.
