Customer Service Rep – Sales Support
Compensation: $30k - $40k annually
This family run Durable Medical Equipment provider is looking to hire an entrepreneurial minded customer service professional to assist the sales department.
Monthly bonus is regularly paid out based on the performance of the sales team.
Job Description:
Run INS verifications and acquire all needed medical documentation from the patient or patient’s medical team.
Work with department seating specialist to assemble submission packets for client’s INS provider.
Set appointments for clients to be evaluated by their doctor or/and therapist.
Track status of pending submissions and in process orders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Word and Excel
Bilingual – Fluent English and Spanish
Telephone customer service experience a plus.
Ability to navigate technical websites for correct product ordering.
Understand varying shipping methods offered by UPS and USPS.
Additional Skills:
Excellent follow up
Ability to think analytically and problem solve
Benefits:
$30-40k Annually (negotiable based on experience)
Monthly commission (avg. $750-$1000 monthly)
1 week PTO per year (after successful completion of the 90 day probation)
Participation in the Group Health plan is optional.
