Campaign Manager
Compensation: $50k - $65k annually with commission

Job Description:
The Campaign Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans that grow circulation of publications. They will need to stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust plans accordingly. This position requires you to work with publishers to research and develop promotions and pricing policies, recommend appropriate sales channels and online strategies, and be able to manage lead generation while evaluating/growing online campaigns that achieve the company’s growth objectives.
Candidates should be familiar with a variety of publishing industry circulation growth strategies, concepts, practices and procedures. Candidates will need to rely on their experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
This is a hands on role and it involves a variety of tasks related to the daily management of a variety of online campaigns.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is a plus (not a requirement)
3-4 years of marketing experience preferably in a mixed DIRECT RESPONSE marketing role that includes Online Ad Networks, TV, radio, email and direct mail
Familiarity with web analytics platforms and able to perform funnel analysis and optimize landing / offer pages in order to improve conversion rates
Must be proficient in the use of Google Adwords and familiar with other ad networks
Familiar with lead generation metrics, reporting and analysis
High attention to detail and the ability to audit his/her own work for accuracy and quality
The ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented but still be an excellent team player
Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a basic understanding of marketing / retention metrics
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the capacity to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels
Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft office programs
A creative thinker able to develop new ideas for growing reach and impact
